We have three experienced technicians on staff and can provide 24 hr. on-call technical support, that can he dispatched within reasonable time. ILC technicians can work around the clock until your problem is solved, or they have exhausted all resources.
Technical service available in the form of repairs, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, welding and overall technical support.
ILC can provide support on new rides and will instruct you on assembly, disassembly, maintenance, and operation.
We can immediately be dispatched to the site of an accident to help provide proper investigation, documentation and litigation support for your company.
ILC can provide a thorough on site inspection of the ride to insure that you have been maintaining and operating the ride as per the manufacturer.
We can provide for your review and your protection, a fully photo documented report on all of our technical service work, inspections, and investigations.
ILC can review all assembly / disassembly, operational, maintenance and parts manuals as well as the safety signage to insure that they meet or exceed the ASTM F-24 guidelines and industry standards.
ILC can review all electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics to insure that they are clear and user friendly.
