RISK MANAGEMENT

METHOD OF PERFORMANCE

1. A hands-on and thorough inspection of the rides and/or attractions, to ensure they have met the manufacturer, industry, and state and local standards including egress and fencing.
2. All deficiencies documented and recommendation forms completed (and pictures taken if required).
3. All NDT documentation reviewed to ensure that the facility is utilizing the proper methods and procedures required by the manufacturer.
4. Ride safety signage, wording and placement, as well as general signage reviewed.
5. Thorough inspections of the midway and grounds; concentrating on trips, slips, falls, obstructions, ADA accessibility, emergency vehicle access and general hazards.
6. Review of the operator training , preventative maintenance, and daily ride inspection programs, as well as, incident investigation procedures and emergency disaster plans.
7. Provide on-site training for operation and maintenance personnel, and development of loss control and risk management programs.
8. Work as project managers on new construction to ensure that it meets manufacturer and industry standards.
