    2. Visual Safety Inspection of all Food and Merchandise facilities.
    3. Visual Safety Inspection of all Theater and Show areas.
    4. Visual Safety Inspection of all guest area grounds and walkways.
  2. INSPECTION PROCEDURE COMMENTS
    1. All safety recommendations and comments will be photo documented and included in the report.
    2. Both guest and employee areas are reviewed during the inspection.
    3. Any maintenance comments and recommendations will be noted in the report.

      13. Padding and upholstery
      14. Structure and welds
      15. Carrier condition
      16. Emergency equipment
      17. Safety restraints
      18. Slip, trip and fall hazards
      19. Spindles, shafts, and journals
      20. Manufacturer's bulletins and requirements
      21. Carrier wheels
      22. Drive belts, chains, and cables
      23. RPM
      24. Motors and drive wheels
      25. Inspection, maintenance and operation programs
      26. Operation controls
    2. The inspection of the buildings and grounds will cover, but are not limited to, the following areas:
